I cant set the timer, but the app is a good idea

As the title says

After trying this app, I still cant say I understand exactly what it does. After starting the timer, Ive never gotten any notifications from it, even with my volume up. I keep my device locked while Im working, but in the app theres a button that says keep this switch off if youre keeping your device locked so that shouldnt be why it wont work. This app is no use to me so Im deleting it. Someone should try and fix this.

Can you add an option to not notify me when im actually studying using some other apps on my ipad (brainscape, notability, etc) I like the constant reminders when i decide to stop working and play a game; however, i would also appreciate it if the app doesnt bother me when im actually studying using my ipad. Great app though, thank you.

iPhone 6s Plus - timer doesnt start

Ok so I like how if you open your lock screen it will buzz and give you a funny mean comment, but mine kept going off because when it gives the comment the lock screen turns on so it keeps buzzing telling me to get to work and stuff but Im not even touching my phone! This needs to be fixed...

I liked this app. I enjoyed how easy the set up was; how there were ways to stay on task. I think it is most helpful in short increments of time. I’m going to see how it goes next week, but has been great so far.

This app is sick. I got it because a friend showed me in the LRC and Ive actually done my homework. Its really funny when the notifications send; and I use the app usually for homework or studying. I recommend to anyone with add or ADHD!

Its fantastic it really is keeping me away from other apps because it wont shut up. But theres 1 thing that prevents. 5 star and that it does it on the lock screen. Make it so it doesnt do it on the lock screen and I can give the missing star.

The notifications are funny and its a good idea to pester you to get back to work, but I dont want to have to drain my phone battery by keeping the screen on the whole time

It gets soooo annoying and makes my return to my work so well done! I wish it worked when I lock my screen (battery matters) and the ideal thinf would be when I can set some apps like dictionaries that are legal(!) to use while studying!

Im not sure how much it will actually keep me from procrastinating but the notifications are hilarious! Im laughing so hard!

Highly recommend getting this app

This app is unleashing my true potential! With this app I really can be anything I put my mind to. And I cant believe how simple it is doing it too!! This app has become a tool of my daily living. It can also be used for more than just work. It has proved to be even efficient in things such as meetings, improving dinner table etiquette, exercising, the possibilities are endless!

this is a really neat app

It shouldnt only send 20 notifications. It takes alot more to finally get me to start doing my homework again. It should do it until the time is up. Cause after 20, Im like "Well its over now, so Ill just finish this video." (but we all know that I would end up doing it). But if it did it for the whole time, I would be like "OKAY ILL FINISH!!"

This app has changed my life! I can now study without getting distracted!

Like most people I know I have been a huge procrastinator my whole life. I’ve somehow managed to lumber through life enduring through the stress of procrastination. I have tried everything from tips & tricks to time management classes. However, recently I downloaded this app and not really thinking much of it considering the amount of effort I have already put into destroying this habit of mine. I have never been more astonished in my life. After minutes of trying out this app, I have noticed my own drastic improvement. It gives me a direct motivation to get back to work every time I get off task. It is as if I have a coach standing over me keeping me going on whatever I am trying to accomplish. As an absolutely satisfied customer, I recommend this to everyone. The most mind-blowing idea is that it is free. Get it while it still is!!

What is our purpose right now? Or on this Earth? While reading a scripture passage from Timothy, these questions were going through my mind. As I open my heart and my mind to the meaning of these words, I was drawn to the phrase, “Do not neglect the gift you have.” This reminds me of my favorite bible verses from the Sermon on the Mount in the gospel of Matthew: “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Math. 5:14-16). It is not often that I ever memorize or remember a bible verse; but this one has always stuck with me. I use this verse to answer my previous question, because I believe our main purpose on earth is to share our individual talents with those around us so that they can be touched. Whoever created this app is sharing their individual talents with us and we must accept his grace. Let us use his light and use the full potential of this app.

I turned my homework in for the first time in like, a month. This app is great!
